Why using Influenza A Pseudovirus

Influenza Pseudotyped Viral Particles provide a safe, ready-to-use alternative to live influenza virus for neutralization and infectivity assays. These non-replicating particles mimic live virus structure, including strain-specific hemagglutinin (HA), while being safe to use in BSL-2 labs, even for highly pathogenic strains.

Unlike live viruses, they offer antigenic stability, eliminating concerns about genetic drift. Each pseudovirus carries a reporter gene (luciferase or GFP), enabling fast, quantifiable readouts with standard lab equipment.

This solution reduces time spent on virus culture, training, and QC, accelerating your research and data generation.
